Getting Brighter

The whole piece seems to be getting brighter to me.  I like it being cheery.

Crazy January Challenge Day 28

This is another start from last year.  It's a French sampler, and I got more done on it.  Unfortunately, there's a whole lot to go.

Starting To Fill

I am now working on the border filling.  No bigger than this!  everything now is filling things in.  Yay!

Treeing The House

I've been adding more green leaves and a bit of stucco to the building.  The edge of the page creeps closer.

Crazy January Challenge Day 27

It's so crewel!  This is a crewel piece called Tree Motif by Tanja Berlin.  I need more crewel in my life, and really like the look of this piece - and that I didn't have to transfer the design! First steps were appliqueing some organza on.

Another Octagon Ornament

I love these little octagon designs from Kick Back 'n Stitch.  They work up quickly and make cute ornaments.  Here's another one done!
