I found these two pieces at an artisan spotlight at the embassy. Together, they were under $40. The casserole is full sized and I've already used it once. I just love the way the plate looks, though, and haven't used it yet.
Now down to the side on the first corner. It's coming along pretty well, and I like the look of it. The middle left building is also getting backstitched. Progress!
I found a few things for my hair at the medieval festival. The peacock is cute, and all three items are from the same person. She made them all using polyester ribbon and beads. I'm easily amused and impressed.
For some reason, I am truly liking working on this piece. It's coming along nicely, and I like it on this color of blue. I even like that I'm doing it on 40 count fabric.
