Running Along The Bottom

So, I made most of the rest of the bottom this week.  It seems to be going well and I hope to have it done by the end of the month.  Well, maybe minus the beading.

Two And A Half Leaves

I am up to two and a half leaves on this piece!  It's coming along, if slowly.

Earrings!

Despite having too many pairs of earrings already, I bought three more pair at the Medieval Festival at Vatra at the end of June.  I've already worn the two on the ends and gotten many compliments!

Big Dinner At Steakhouse

One night over Memorial Weekend we had an Americans-from-Chisinau gathering at Steakhouse.  We numbered about 15 people - in Odessa.  Kind of impressive.  Steakhouse is very good and we had an excellent waitress on top of that.  

I loved the little table floral arrangements - herbs in test tubes held up by drilled bone.  So cute!  Andreas had an odd cocktail that had actual wood chips in it.  He said it tasted very good.  I had a sgorpino which tasted almost as good as the ones Andreas makes.  We had prosecco; we had great food; and we spent about four hours there.  It was a wonderful time.

I am completely keeping up with this stitchalong so far.  June's done and was done six days before the end of June.  Now on to July!

Filling In The Arch

Things are coming along with this.  It feels more full now, with the gargoyles revealing personality.
