Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part Two

More quilts!  This second one gives an optical illusion when viewed in person.  Some of these are three dimensional, but my favorite of this set is the blue and cream applique.

Gold Bobs

The bobs need their centers but are done.  About time to do the rondels with jessica stitches.  This is almost a third done...

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part One

Trinity Valley Quilt Guild in Fort Worth has one of the biggest quilt shows in the country.  The weekend Andreas' parents were in town, we went.  These are the first few quilts we saw.  I particularly like the one right below this in neutrals.  Maybe, one day, I'll be able to quilt again if I can get me, a sewing machine, and enough of a flat surface in the same place.

Filling In Again

On the plane to Houston I did some more filling in.  Some progress is better than none.

Centrality

This has the center done, finally.  It's time to work on getting the rest of the central diamond done.

Training Piece

I found this piece in the bottom of my computer bag after fearing it was lost.  During training, I stitched on it during breaks.  Made a lot of progress!

Another Day, Another Breakfast At Ol' South

At Ol' South you don't have to order from the breakfast menu for breakfast.  This resulted in our fried pickle order for breakfast one day.  It was good, served with ranch dressing!  I also had my usual dutch baby and Andreas had eggs and hash.  As usual, bacon was devoured.
