Lunch At Adriatiku

Adriatiku is a restaurant on Battlava lake - literally. They have a winter version on the other side of the road, but the summer version is on a dock built out into the lake. We went, we had lunch, it was good, and the view was spectacular.

Beady Ornaments

Atelier 196 had a sale on these cute little ornaments. I hope to complete a couple of them before Christmas.

Colorful Shore

Lots of color in this now, as I start working on the cabanas.

Battlava Lake

Many fish inhabit Battlava lake, which was made by damming the Battlava River in the east of Kosovo during Tito's time. It's the source of 90% of the drinking water of Pristina, the capital. It's also gorgeous. These photos were taken from a restaurant on a dock over the lake on a summer day when we were on an official visit. Consular has its benefits sometimes.
