English Sampler Framed

My husband just finished framing this over the weekend. It only took him a few months, and he doesn't do things out in the garage in really cold weather like we had this winter. I think it looks very good and he did a great job!

  2. Your husband did a great job and your piece is beautiful. Love your Chatelaines also. It's not too often I run across someone else that does these.

  3. It looks fantastic, Meg. You two make a good team :)

Does he cut the mats as well? And who chooses the mat colours?

You know what I would like to see? Some of the walls of your house with your work displayed (I am assuming a lot fo what you statich ends up on your walls).

  12. Thank you all for the compliments! My husband turned pink when he read them. Joceleyn, he saw your request for wall pictures. The walls of our house are kind of strange - the main art in our house is limited edition space art prints by Kim Poor, with the stitching scattered around them.
