We walked place to place on the food tour. This bit of scenery was from the bakery to the fishmonger. The top photo is of a family memorial in a niche of their house. The rest are street scenes, including some of the gates of the old city.
We did a food tour when we were in Naples. I wish we could get some pastries like this here. They were sooo good. Anyway, not only did we get to taste them, we got to go in the back and see how they were made.
This is a Dimensions kit called Frog Pile. I changed out the white Aida for this sparkly evenweave. And... it's started. The top has frog eyes, for some reason.
We did have a couple of extravagant dinners in Budapest. This was one of them - Beef Heaven, a steakhouse. The thing that looks like a scallop is risotto. The steak was tender and tasted very good. We deserved this after all the extra work of the embassy opening.
I feel Margaret Island is one of those places people think are for tourists but are actually for locals. Lots of dogs on and off leash. Not really anything to -do- except walk, bike, run. Beautiful gardens. It's green space for the city.
