Beginning a Border

Yay, I can finally see border stitches popping up! That means the skirt is closer to being finished.

 

Messy Legs

The blue frog's legs look so messy at this point in my stitching. They look all tangled up.

 

Shuttering and Stuttering Along

Added some shutter outlines this time. My stitching has been so slow this whole year Andreas has been gone. He comes home in just over a month. Yay!

 

Little Birdling

The blue jay looks like a blue jay now and just needs a little bit more to be done.

 

Kuna Damage

One morning I arrived at my job and the guards opened the hood of my car. Inside was - this! A pine marten (kuna) had decided to make my car its home overnight. And made a nest. And made a mess. I had to get the foam replaced, use repellant, and hope it didn't happen again. Our house is in a border area between woods and subdivisions. And the subdivisions are winning, meaning all kinds of critters come into the area.

 

Radars and MiGs

Big radars to find and guide big jets.

 

Lunch at Cooper's

Barbecue and smoke pits and Texana. Can't get much better than Cooper's. 

 

Ups and Downs with Carol

Carol and Chad like to be on the stairs. Grayson, not so much. So here's a bunch of Carol on stairs. And all three getting up on  the bed.

Simple kiku design that looks elegant but is so easy.

 

Second Flowered

Two flowers done - this is progressing quickly now. Only one more flower and then a couple of leaves and it's done.

 

Snacks from Chrissy

Chrissy and I swapped in October, and she sent me a bunch of Halloween stuff. Mine got delayed because we were unable to mail things out for a bit. She got hers before Christmas.

 

Rockets and Radar

More equipment sitting out to climb on and look at. This time some rocket launchers and radar dishes. All are old, but some have some pieces missing that were used for repair elsewhere.

All three puppies out on walkies. Each has a different style.
