Two Wingtips

I've reached the top of both wings. Time to fill them in by working downwards.

 

Time for the Peahen

This little peahen is about to get some love.

 

Met Up with Tamara

And she brought some good things from Moldova! Thank you Tamara! It was great seeing you.

 

Onto the White Breast

Getting to be able to work on the peahen now. Since her blocks are a bit more solid, I should be a bit quicker.

 

Filling a Wing

My first wing is taking shape.

 

Still Tailing

Just a few bits of the tail to get done before going on to the peahen and finishing page four. So very close to it.

 

Wingtip

I've made it to the top of the first wingtip. It's all downhill from here.

Top of a Wing

Working on a wing getting to the top. I think it is now. Only a tiny bit of the second wing done.

 

Tailing Along

 Going along on the bottom of page four. The peacock tail is coming along, but soon I will switch over to the peahen.

Beginning to Wing It

A good start on a butterfly wing. This butterfly will take a bit, bit it's the focal point of the piece.

 

Dinner With Moldovan Friends

Friends I used to work with in Moldova came to Warsaw for an exchange. I got to work with them again! So I also took them out to dinner, where we found Moldovan wine. Dinner was at Restaurant Lwow. We had a great time. 

 

Firmly On Page 4

I have even started doing some browns on the peahen. There is soooo much brown in this.

 

Colorful Tail

Working on the peacock's tail, and am so very, very close to the end of page three.

 

Lots of Blue and Compensation

Blue green added and I am going to need some compensation because I have a row mistake in a part of the tail.

 

Parsley

The parsley looks perfect in this frame.

 

Gifts from Stela

Stela was in Warsaw for a concert and we met up. She gave me this beautiful book that I helped edit and some candies to remember Moldova. It was great seeing her again.

 

Gift from Alina

Alina brought me Moldovan wine and this cute wood cutout when she came for an exchange of experience last year. I love it.

 

Bayed

My little bay leaves are framed. I think this is the perfect frame for it. Thank you, Luca-S, for the kit.

 

By the Tree

Still on the side of the tree and working toward the peacock.  I am completing pages three and four for now. More than halfway across three.
