For One Pattern

I wasn't sure which of these the pattern I want was in, so I bought them both.  The design is the owl on the top right of  the purple magazine.

When we were in the States, it was so nice to be able to go into a book store and browse magazines.

Magazines In Polish

While in Krakow I found some craft magazines.  I picked up the Beading because I've been wanting to dabble in soutache jewelry, and I bought two copies of the Christmas needlework magazine.  One will be the prize in the President's Challenge that I''m running through CyberStitchers.

Magazine Finds

I found these magazines at a media store in Krakow's main mall.  They're beautiful and in a few different languages.  I hope to start crocheting some of the designs soon.

Found Magazines!

The newsstand in the basement of the Karstadt was huge, and it had a selection of magazines for stitchers - so I bought some!

When I was on my shopping spree the other week, I stopped in at the newsstand in Plaza Independencia and picked up some magazines.  They're old publications, but unused.  It's very hard to get new stitching magazines in Uruguay, with the exception of knitting ones.

New (to me) Magazines

On the same trip as the bead shop, we stopped into a news stand on the Plaza Independencia.  It had a -lot- of magazines, including a lot of crafts ones.  All were in Spanish, but they're pretty easy to understand.  I picked up these five.  All have projects I want to do in them.
