An Ink Circles kit for the Jingle Ball. Of course I couldn't do anything live at it. Will start the kit soon.

More Color Homework
Another whole set of squares to do with different color schemes. Done with all but one. I think I'll make these into biscornu. The pattern is a freebie from a French blog.

Four Squares
I'm done with these four squares. I'll probably make them into ornaments. The colors were chosen for a color theory class I've been taking. At least they worked up somewhat quickly, but doing four of the same thing of anything at the same time is hard for me to do!

Color Studies
I'm currently taking a class from StitchMAP, their color theory class. This is the class that -everyone- has to take, no matter what you know about color. As part of that, I've been doing multiples of the same design. This is something I -hate- to do. I hate it even more when I have to restart one of them due to flaws in the fabric. That's the reason for the two whites: one of the threads in the fabric was broken, unweaving a part. I hadn't had a pair of scissors near the fabric, so it just came that way. There were a few other random broken threads in the piece of fabric, too. Yuck. Anyway, the design itself is from the Stitch! magazine I bought while we were in the States in May, and is called A Precious Gem.

A New Ribbon Start
I finally began my project from a class that started in the middle of February. It's from Vickie Brown of Ribbonsmyth. The first lesson of the class was all talk and no do, so I kind of tuned it out. I went back to it last week and finally started. Lessons one and two are done on this, and I hope to do lesson three later today. Silk ribbon embroidery is a new thing to me, so hopefully I'll learn quite a bit doing this.
