26 for 2026 #20: Purple Flower by Mill Hill

All the little beads will make a flower. The idea is to make two of these so they're a pair of earrings.

Pretty poppy all stitched up with beads. Now to make it into something. Should I make an ornament or frame it?

Hard to see the beading there, but it's on the fabric. Looks so much better in good lighting.

Some beads got misplaced somewhere, so I improvised and added some colors.

Here's the beginning of Hope. I like these little beaded ornaments.

The owl is owled and ready to be made into something. Not sure what yet.

 

Still So Much

Still so much to go on this. It almost doesn't feel like I have progress.

 

Past the Pole and Almost to the Bottom

The skirt is still expanding; I've gotten well past the pole now but not started the bottom border or the wheat ears. They're coming soon, though.

 

Drawing Some Rectangles

Drawing rectangles on the left and right to make them hold some Rhodes stitches when the time comes. The left arch is also more complete. Time to work on the middle and right arches.

 

Finally Finished

Yay, it's done! And it's getting put away for a bit until I can find a framer I trust in Warsaw.

Decided to try something different. We'll see how it goes. Lots of beads.

 

One Little Ornament Done

This was buried for a while, but I pulled it out for a quick finish. Yay!
