These are views of and from the Gentile pasta factory roof. They use it for lunch breaks and sometimes for drying pasta. You can see how close to the river it is, and directly across from a centuries old drying shed.

Enclosing the Chain
I am almost halfway through with the outlines, which is progress. I brought this with me to Gdansk because it was small and easy to carry.

Making Pasta
While in Gragnano, we toured the Gentile pasta factory. It's tiny! The building has been used as a pasta making area for centuries. It was gutted and renovated about twenty years ago. Cute on the outside, and true pasta making on the inside.

Athens Agora
There are lots of archaeological sites between Monastiraki and the Acropolis. Most of the area is the agora and residential areas. They're being actively excavated. You can walk around in some, but we didn't on this tour.
