Someone else caught onto my idea that Asia isn't just the far east! Rita sent her blocks asking for India-inspired stitchery. What is a better exemplar of India than a paisley, one of the shapes invented there? So I did one! I added a few more mandala type things, too. I hope she likes it.

A Few More Bits
Almost the last of what I bought in the States. I'm still waiting for some of the stuff to come by mail.

Back To Browns
This last time, I didn't get to work on the peacock - only the tree side. I did, however, get to add some green to it!
The Middle Part
I know I'm making progress, but it just doesn't show much. On the other hand, with those confetti stitches, I know they go down to the bottom....

Out And Back Again
Back in January, I sent this block out as part of the Wine round robin. Below, you can see its condition when returned. Thank you Beryl, Darlene, Carol, and Kathy! It looks fabulous, and, as I said in my original booklet, I'll be sending it to my husband's parents to be made into a wall hanging for them!

Possible Class
I have volunteered to teach a beginning temari class this coming Saturday. It's summer, though, and people are moving or on vacation, so it probably won't happen. Anyway, I made this temari as a class model. It's a simple double kiku.
