Almost Hilled

I almost have the hill done.  It's taken a lot longer than I'd hoped.  Once the hill is done, I'll be able to do some specialty stitch bands.  They will go more quickly, I hope.

Chateau Migdal Tour

Chateau Migdal is a newish winery, having been founded in the 1990's.  This means it's modern - no communist legacy.  I went with the Lehtinens, so I could show them one I'd not previously been to either!  It's not far from Chisinau, but is a little hard  to find.  The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and helpful.  I'll show the food and tasting tomorrow.

Find, Models, And Demonstration Areas

This set of photos has a lot of artifacts and models in it.  It's even got some needlework artifacts.  These are still last year's photos.  We have not been back during t his visit so far.

I almost have the upper border done now.  It's getting filled in pretty quickly.

In Roata Vremii

 We took our friends on the grand tour of Roata Vremii and have photos to show it!

Artifacts Meet Tech

Still in the museum with some of  the original digging showing.  It's also got some augmentation for context.  The maps are neat too.

Part Three Done

I m done with the alphabet, which means I'm done with part three of  the Colonial Band Sampler.  Yay!  Now I wait for the fourth and final part of the sampler to get to me in my very slow snail mail.  I've changed a lot of colors, added a band, and am plowing away on it.
