Villa Arianna

Villa Arianna is one of the places covered by the eruption at Vesuvius that gets few visitors. It's not far from the beaten path - in fact, it's almost in downtown Castellammare di Stabia and between Naples and the Amalfi coast. I think it needs more attention. We were the only visitors at the time we went. These are of the outer area.

#5 0f 23 for 2023: Choose Happy by Hands on Design

Going through my digital files to get some things started.

Not So Bright Idea

Finished, but I really should have used a different color of fabric. So it will be going in the donation pile. Lesson learned: Don't settle for the fabric you have on hand when you're away from your stash.

Betayal at Baldur's Gate

Based on Betrayal at House on the Hill. We need to get enough people together to play.

Bits of Old Town

On Labor Day Leonora and I went on a walking tour of Old Town Warsaw. These are the photos I took on the walk. Almost all of this is rebuilt after WWII. Lots of the houses are typical soviet style housing behind the facades.

Vannulo Food

Vannulo farm has a lunch service, but you need to reserve it - even if it's the same day. We managed to reserve about an hour and a half before they sat us. It was worth it. Everything is from the farm and prepared day of.
