On a Cloudy Day

We visited Westerplatte on a very cloudy day. The photos are somewhat brooding because of it.

 

Lots of Red and Black

The main floor of the Waterloo museum has walls painted red. I guess that's fitting. A lot of paintings and readings in it, too.

 

Puppies on the Road

Out on the road with friends while Chad ponders his choices in life.

 

Project Riese Guard Room

All of this was excavated with smaller tools and then finished out. The excavations didn't start until late 1943, and then were abandoned in early 1945. You can see what they were meant to become in the guard room, which is just after the entrance. 

 

Bringing the Tail

Making more peacock eyes on the tail. And more to come as I go rightwards.
