Hearting It Up

Back to Herz Rot Weiss.  It's coming along nicely, don't you think?

Finished Pillow

Here's the pillow I made of the finished Mutterstagherz from the Marquoir group.  It went to someone as an exchange angel.

Quakerchen the Third

Here's the third part of the little quakerchen.  It only takes me a couple of hours, at most, to stitch each part.  Halfway there.

Still More Pattern

I am now down to the wire on this.  I have three months to finish all the rest of the pattern, so I'll be working on it daily.  At least I'm about halfway done.  Some people are even farther behind.

Fourteen of Twenty-five

I've now finished off the fourteenth part of this.  It means I'm only two behind, so who knows?  I may even catch up eventually.  I like the way this is looking overall.

Quakerchen Part 2 Done

Quakerchen is going quite quickly.  We get a new part every week, and here's my second part done.  I still love these colors for it.

On the Sixth Part

I'm working on the sixth part of the German Group Mystery now.  I still love the colors on it and it's going pretty quickly.

Linking to a Flower

I've come pretty close to finishing off both the bordeaux read and the light blues and greens area of this part of the design.  I'm almost done with another part.

Quakerchen Start

I started something new this week - another small from Marquoir.  It's by a French designer and has five parts.  This is the first, the middle.  I'm in love with the color combination I picked for it.  It's a piece of gray Vikki Clayton linen I got in a grab bag buy and Antique Brass Watercolors from Caron.

Floral Heart Finish

I finished something, I finished something!  This week, I completed my floral heart from Marquoir.  It went quickly because it was only four small parts.  I think it came out pretty well, too.  I think I'm going to make it into an ornament.

Parts Finally Done

Yay, I finally finished all the squares of this series in my kaleidoscope mandala!  I need to catch up on a couple other things before I continue it, though.

Third Part Done

The third part of the heart is done, out of four.  Only one more to go and it's done.  I'll have a finish soon!  I feel like I've been getting so little done this year so far.

Kaleiding Away

There were four solid squares and several periphery pieces here for the part I'm working on now.  I still haven't finished it, after over a week of working on it every day, but it is coming along.  Finishing soon.

Half a Heart

I got the second part of the heart done this week.  It's at the halfway point, so I should have a finish within the next two weeks.  I like the way this floss looks on the blue background.

Down to the Corner

Kaleidoscope mandala's found its third corner now.  I'm working on the parts they sent me - it had six! squares to stitch.  I suppose that means I'm catching up, in a way.  Anyway, it feels good to have a third corner done.

Slogging On

I managed to finish my seventh block on the HRW this week.  Now it's back to the Kaleidoscope Mandala for a bit.

A Small Stitchlong Start

The Marquoir group put out this little four part heart for a Mother's Day design.  I completed the first part in an afternoon and really like the color choices for the design.  Parts come out weekly.

And Seven Down

I am done with part seven of Herz Rot Weiss!  It's coming along pretty well, and I adore the color combination.

Mystery Part Five

I finished up part five of the German group mystery.  I still love the way it's looking.
