Handwoven Tablecloth

I was unable to go to the embassy bazaar, as I was working off site. So Andreas shopped for me. He found this pretty handwoven tablecloth and napkins for me!

Weaving

Finally got my loom all set up and warped, which was a pretty bad job this first time.  I'll get better.  Now to weave some dishcloths just in time to leave.

A New Warp

I love the colors of this warp.  I really need to fix the one harness on my loom so I can go ahead and start weaving.

First Warp

I am finally able to warp my loom!  It's all started.  Time for me to thread the heddles next.  It feels good to get some done.  I am going to do a four shaft pattern this time before I experiment more.

Time To Warp

It's finally time to warp up the loom.  Andreas bought me some 8/2 from The Woolery a couple of weeks ago.  Of course, we're moving next week.... I so truly want to be settled and have my stuff.

One Step Closer

I now have a warp!  All I have to do now is find time to put it on my loom.  Time is still not here for me.  I've had to keep upping the time I'm working on Tuscany plus I'm still working part time plus all these social obligations plus, when I do get time at home .... the husband is here and wants attention.  I have such first world problems!
