Beginning Second Flower

Top of the second flower is done. Now to get to the flower itself. There are a total of three big flowers on this, and I am at the halfway point of the whole piece.

 

One Big Bellflower

There are three big bellflowers in this piece. The first is just about done. Progress.

 

Another Flower

The first bellflower is done; on to the second now.

 

So Very Close

Almost all of the cross stitching done on this, but a whole lot of back stitch to do.

 

Working on the Flowers

There are a few largish flowers to finish, and a leaf, but the biggest part is done and I will be getting this done at some point soon.

 

Starting the First Real Flower

After all the cream and green, time to add some blue  to this. It's much lighter and brighter in person, I promise.

 

Little Flower Started

A new little flower is taking shape on the right now. The butterfly is the single biggest element of this piece, so I'm feeling like there's less to do now.

 

Totally Wasted

I need to figure out a frame for this or make it into a pillow so it can be used.

 

Another Border Done

The table's bottom border is done and it's time to complete the mirror. I will get this finished soon.

 

Close to Winged

Only a tiny bit more to go on the wings.

 

Tabled and Mirroring

The mirror is almost done now, too! And the bottom edge is started. On the home stretch.

 

Working the Wings

The wings are close to being done, and the butterfly's body is almost complete. Will be so happy when I finish the wings.

 

Kentucky Chain Done

When I picked these colors, I decided not to do the bits in between the loops as in the pattern. So I put a big Rhodes stitch in the middle and am calling it done!

 

Working on Wings

This is the single largest stitched area in the whole piece. Once I'm done with it, I'm more than halfway through.

 

The Little Runs

Time for me to do the smaller runs now. One started; three more to go.

 

Up and Down and Up

Dragged this out to add to the rotation. It shouldn't be a looong project. I hope.

 

Two Full Rings

It's time to start the little rings.

 

Wing Spots

Spots on the wings are here now. Lots of wing left to do, though.

 

Orion Done

It needs some straightening and is a bit wonky here, but it's done.

 

Two Loops

Two big loops done. Time for the small ones.
