Starting a Roof

The little lines on the left (the red ones) are the start of the gray house's roof.

 

Along the Line

The first portion of the gray house is done. Time to add more tree, window, roof, and sky.

 

A Little Foliage

Got a little foliage peeking out from behind the tall house.

 

Starting a Tree

There's quite a bit of foliage down the side of the peach house. The gray one is shorter, so there's a tree peeking through.

 

A Bit of Tree

Since I have the beginning edge of the second house done, it's time to add some sky and tree. Going to be a bit to get to the house again.

 

This Too

I have decided to put this aside until I get to Angola.  While I've made a lot of progress, I'm still feeling like it's going very slowly and I'm not getting any joy from stitching it.  I need joy to counter stress in my life during the move.

Done With That Column

Well, I'm done with that first column of the new house.  Still stuck on brown, though, working on the areas I missed the first time.

When Will I....?

When will I get this bit of wall done?  I've been working on this column for at least four stitching sessions on this now.  Maybe it'll make the rest of the columns go faster because they're already partially filled.  Comes of such an abrupt color change.

Widening Out

I haven' gotten all the way to the bottom of the gray house because I've been putting some color wider.  At least some stitches will be done sooner rather than later.

One Day...

Maybe one day in the future I'll be done adding gray to the edge of the peach house; today is not that day.

More Brown

I am very happy to be done with the tree and hope that soon I will be done with the first part of the brown house....

On The Column

I have done some more of the brown house this time.  The stucco before the window is filling in more.  I hope that I can do a bit more soon.

Blocks Of Color

Things go a bit quicker when you're working on blocks of color.  Looks like that's what I'm doing with this new house.

Finishing The Chimney

I am finished with the chimney, so now I'm working on the bricks of the last house.

Beginning

There's not much to see of the last house, but at least it's begun.

Got A Chimney

The chimney is now done.  I've got some other small bits of the other home done now, too.

Peach House Done

Yay!  I am officially done with the peach house and now have a much smaller blue one to add.

Sky And Stucco

Worked on the sky and stucco this time.  I am so very close to being finished with the big house.

Working On The Stucco

I've added quite a bit of peach and some gray to the house.  The chimney is almost done now, as is the stucco.  It'll be fun to use some new colors.

Top And Bottom

I managed to finish a bit more sidewalk and some more of the peach facade at the top.
