Working on a Trunk

My whole pond is done and the pagoda is mostly done. Time to start working on the rest.

 

Got a Gusher

My needlepoint oil derrick is done. One more down on my 12 days of Texas Christmas. 

 

Half the Bulb

 

I have half the top bulb done here. A bit to go, but it should be a fairly quick stitch.

Background Left

Just need to do the background and then this puppy's done.

 

Pond's Done

All that green on the bottom is a pond, not vegetation (unless you count algae as vegetation). And it's done now. Time to work on other things.

 

Half the Diagonals

I've got half of the main pink color done on the top ball. Needlepoint goes more quickly than cross stitch.

 

New Ukraine Canvases

It has been long enough that I've actually stitched the heart. I will start on the luggage tag soon, and it will go on Andreas' luggage most likely. Bought both of these at The French Knot in Fort Worth.

 

Got Hearts

Hearts are in place and it's about time to do the background.

A canvas done. I know who it's for. I just need to put it together in the shape I want.

This is how far I got on our first needlepoint class. It's actually quite a bit.

 

Little Flowers Stitched

I have the flowers and part of one of the dogs stitched on this. 

 

Well Started

I have a good start on my needlepoint module. The subject is a Chinese pavilion in Lazienki Park here in Warsaw.

 

So Much Orange

All the middles of the little medallions need to be filled in, but this is getting close to being done.

 

Ready for the Background

All done but the background now. That's the quick part.

 

Shroomed

Time to make this into something round.

 

Texas Canvases

Time to start these. They've now been in my stash for nearly a year.

 

Adding Hearts

Almost done with the flag and started some hearts. Just need the finial and some more hearts - then time for the background.

 

Ukrainian Sunflower Canvas

Bought this at The French Knot while on home leave. I need to start it.

 

Working on the Caps

Going to get this done. First step is all that red on the mushroom caps.
