More Neutrals

Still only neutrals here, as I am still working on petals. The good news is that I will have almost all petals done soon.

Betrayal

One more game to play. Plus its expansion!

Bubbles RYO by Ink Circles: 22 for 2022 #22

Upside down, but it's a start. This is quite a bit different, color wise, than the original. Will see how it goes.

A Half Row Of Flowers

One half the row down. I like the blue.

Yet Another Purse

Found this backpack purse in a small shop in Belgrade. The shop also had a lot of socks. Shopping was done.

Belltower And Shrine

Walking around the spacious courtyard of Great Meteora.

Arctic Friends Open

I opened my Arctic Friends box. Lots of nice blue stuff. And the sticker is now on my puter.

Viking Loom

We were in York in January visiting a dear friend. To my delight, she lived only a couple of miles from a great stitch store, Viking Loom. This is what I bought. Got some starts for my own stitch maynia coming up.

Some Bars

Bars and little Hilton stitches done. Finally beginning to look like something.

More Petals Complete

This photo is a bit dark, but it does show more petals finished.

Tiny Snowflake by Durene Jones: 22 for 2022 #16

This little snowflake turned out quite pretty. I used one of Jodyri's flosses and a scrap of fabric, possibly hers. It will become a Christmas ornament soon. The pattern is from Durene Jones.

Even The Plain Walls

Old pottery embedded into the plaster to decorate even the plain spaces.

Winter Snowflake by cozyblue: 22 for 2022 #10

I think I am going to like this one when it's finished.

Wander by Heart in Hand: 22 for 2022 #13

A little mushroom stitch with a snail on top.

Gifts From Prison

I visit the women's prison in Kosovo as part of my job. The prisoner I visit has, over the past year or so, made all these things for me. I use the scarf and hat frequently.

Handmade Tile

We bought this at the Embassy Christmas market. It was handmade by one of the artisans. To me, it looks like an embroidered collar.

Inside Great Meteora

These are all outside walls. They're covered in icons and murals, or else decorated stonework. And they are mild compared to the inside walls.

My Team

In November we had FSN (Foreign Service National) Appreciation Day. Ian, our boss, took the section out to lunch. The FSN's gave us Americans notes of appreciation, too. Here's mine. Thank you Bashkim, Niti, Teuta, and Arber!

Swirl Star Christmas Tree by DMC: 22 for 2022 #15

This little piece is so open I should be able to finish it soon. This is about 3/4 of its height. I've been wanting to do this one for a while.

Striped Skunk by Ink Circles: 22 for 2022 #20

This piece goes with Spotted Skunk. They are both kits. I hope to have them done soon.

Snowflakes

Used some leftover yarn to make snowflakes. Then put one in a hoop.

Smoking

Smoke from another chimney, coming right up.

Another Saint

More monastery. The place is actually quite flat at the top.

Perennial Gift

Continuing the tradition, Andreas got me another classroom pack of scissors for Christmas.
