Little Bits

Bits more done.  I have the rest of one more green motif and then one and a half of the red ones.  Then finally I will be done with the top!

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part Eight

This is the last of the quilts from the show.  I like the applique and the abstract in red, blue and black best.

Truly Sheepish

My sheepie baa is done!  One more finish for the year, and another to cross off my crazy January list.  I'm making up for the dearth of finishes over the summer when I was working so hard on Tuscany Town Mandala.

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part Seven

I like this star sampler, and the miniature under it is very cute.  The whitework quilt below that is absolutely gorgeous.

Getting Personality

There's more and more personality coming through with the gargoyles on top.

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part Six

This top t-shirt quilt is very well put together and bright and colorful.  I also like the blocky quilt below it.  The quilt in neutrals is full of fabric manipulation, something I love to do.

Grinding Along

More of the straggly bits and some dark blue onto the head.

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part Five

This quilt on top was probably the brightest one in the show. The flower is great, too, as is the one that looks woven instead of pieced.

Still Tubing

I have a bunch of tubing to do, but I think I'm going to call the tubing halfway done at this point.

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part Four

This is a really good treatment of a t-shirt quilt.  I like it.  The sampler quilt below it is very nice too, but for some reason I've been drawn to applique lately, like the one at the bottom.

Blue FIlling

This session I got all the blue filling on the middle done.  Next it's time to add more bling.

Sunflower Finish

At least during the sojourn in the US I managed to get some finishes.  This is one more.  FInished it up in DC while Andreas was doing consultations.  Will probably make it into a scissors fob.

Trinity Valley Quilt Show Part THree

I love this top Baltimore album quilt.  It's huge and gorgeous.  Actually, I love all the quilts in this set.  Such inspiration, but no fabric, no cutting board, and no sewing machine.
