Door Wreath

Got this cute door wreath for Christmas. It's held up very well and is still on our front.

Skinny Christmas Tree

I finally gave up on having a real Christmas tree in the house. After 15 years, Andreas still had not budged. So, since I loathe normal fake trees, I got a fake birch and put ornaments on it instead.

Christmas Trees at the Royal Palace

This smaller tree was in the courtyard. It was pretty blingy, but didn't change color like the one in front.

Christmas in Warsaw

Between Leonora being gone and us being sick for part of December, we didn't get to travel. At least Warsaw has a Christmas market, so I kept that streak. These photos are in the old square and in front of the Royal Palace. No snow, though.

Advent Calendar Box

Instead of my usual stitchy advent boxes, I decided to go with a stationery one this year.

Stitchy Box Advent 2022

Lots of stitchy stuff in this. I've started using some things. Lots more to stitch.

Andreas decided on an ink calendar for advent this last year.

Historical Sampler Co Advent Calendar

When I ordered this, I thought it was actually about the advent pattern they had and a kit. I was wrong. It's a rather ... eclectic collection.

Swirl Star Christmas Tree by DMC: 22 for 2022 #15

This little piece is so open I should be able to finish it soon. This is about 3/4 of its height. I've been wanting to do this one for a while.

Manchester Christmas Market

I got my Christmas markets this year!  Here are some pictures from Manchester.  We had a good time our first night in England wandering around the market.  Took their train from our hotel to get there.

Bounty From Lorrie

Lorrie spoiled me with the cracker exchange.  There were a bunch of little packages, as they all wouldn't fit in the cracker.  Top is the packages, chocolate included, and bottom is the packages exploded view.  Thank you Lorrie!

An Ornamental Finish!

I've finished my last of the three ornaments from the July stitchalong.  It's only three months late.  Not bad, for me.  The design is Dicken's Christmas by Keslyn.

Progressing To The End

I've decided to just finish this up, as I found some more of the floss I had run out of.  It's getting close!

Right At Halfway

This is coming along and is pretty, but it's huge for a Christmas ornament.  Now I'm on the narrowing down part.

Adventskalendar Finished

I've finally completed the 24 motifs for the adventskalendar.  I believe I was the only person to do it all on one piece of fabric.  It came out pretty well, I think.   The biggest hurdle in it was the one motif that was fifty stitches square instead of forty.

No More Boring Tree

I finished the boring tree and started in on the next motif, which is going quickly!
