More Tail

Working on more tail. This is the centerpiece of the whole design.

 

Looking Cute

No backstitching yet, but the red panda is beginning to look truly cute.

 

Working on the Spines

The wing spines are coming along, and I fill in the membrane as I go. I hope to get this third page done soon.

 

On to the Alphabet

Lots of backstitching still left on top, but time to start most of the cross stitches in the alphabet.

 

Bits of Grain

I swear this skirt will end. In the meantime, I am going slowly across. At least some wheat kernels are beginning to sprout.

 

Still Starting the Little Building

This piece is so big that it never seems like I make progress until I get a large chunk of something done. This time it's a whole house that needs to marerialize.

 

Armadillo Shell

Adding to the armadillo. Did you know the Polish name for armadillo is 'panczerka'? It means little tank. I think it's apt and cute.

 

Making Argyle

Working on getting the middle filled in for a bit. Then on to the right side windows for specialty stitches. Going to get this part done soon.

So Much Backstitching

This piece has so much backstitching on it, just on the outer layers. Those gates take so much time.

 

Second Flowering

A bit darker than in person, but the second flower is almost done. It's getting much closer to being done.

 

Little Circle Finished

This came out pretty well. I need to decide if I'm making a real ornament or putting it into a hoop.

 

One Wingtip

I've just about got the top spine of the wing done, and you can see the outline of the rest.

 

Starring

Working on the stars still on this. There's a lot of stitching for a relatively small piece.

 

It's Now Beed

This little bee is ready for a frame. Or something.

 

Adding Wheat Ears

A bit washed out in this photo, but still working on the skirt - and some wheat ears. Means the end is coming. Eventually.

 

Hedged

Now to get this into its final three dimensional form.
