Shells

The shell pattern on the table is coming along, and the beeskep has legs. Progress.

 

One Darker

The back wing is definitely darker than the front. They both stand out well on this fabric, at least.

 

Much Orange to Go

His face looks precious, but now it's time to work on his body. Lots of orange to go for his back, but at least it's started.

 

Still Branching

I am -so close- to the peacock's tail again, but still have a bit of branch fill to go.

 

Shuriken Framed

I think this came out pretty well, over all.

 

Butterfly Done

My butterfly has sprouted its wings and become a pretty cross stitch.

 

Little Ridgy

Not sure if it's back or wing at this point, but I've added some dragon ridges to the piece.

 

Adding Grain

I have to be getting close to the bottom of the skirt. I'm beginning to add some grain from the bottom banner.

 

One Loop Done

--and a good start on the other main loop. The end is near.

 

Meadowed

This ended up being a bigger project than I thought it would be, but it's done now. Yay!

 

Zigging Away

I got to work some on this when I took it with on a trip. It -will- get into the rotation soon because I want to stitch it.

 

Worried Blue Frog

The blue frog in the middle bottom looks a bit concerned at the moment, but he's getting stitched.

 

Little Red Ornament Finished

It was supposed to be a biscornu, but I decided it's an ornament.

 

Fancy a Flamingo?

This will make a cute pillow when I finish finish it.

 

Restart Time

Started on the wrong corner AND with the wrong thread, so now have it oriented correctly on the fabric. Will rip out the old eventually.

 

Time to Finish an Old Piece

After more than a decade of not working on this, I have pulled it out to finish. It's about 80% done. Wish me luck.

 

Two Sided

Two sides done on the last part. Feeling accomplished.

 

Tabling

The table is well along now. It's a bit of a fun pattern to stitch. The table and mirror are the final large motifs of the piece.

 

Half Wings

The wings are the single largest area of stitching on this piece. And I am now halfway done with them. 

 

Little Bit of Back

Worked a bit more on the panda's face and back. It's getting there. Slowly, but progress.
