Will the Skirt Ever End?

I know I am coming to the end of the skirt - I've even stitched some wheat- but sometimes it doesn't feel like it. I have about 30 more rows of skirt.

 

Little Bits of Sparkly Grain

I know I'm reaching the bottom of the skirt because I added my first wheat grains on the left. Yay, progress!

 

Skirting the Problem

There's a row mismatch between the left and right sides I am going to have to resolve soon. In the meantime, I just keep getting more done.

 

One Day the Skirt Will Be Done

That day is not today. Today I just got a bit more of it completed.

 

Worked on the Ribbon

Bits of the skirt on the right and some ribbon done this time. I swear this dress goes on forever.

 

Working On The Edge

Brought down the left side of the skirt this time. She's beginning to look like she's almost done.

 

Winding Down

Mostly worked on the ribbon this time. I am almost to the point where I will start the bottom banner.

The end of the pole means I'm coming toward the end of the dress. Yay!

The little flutter on the right is now here. I'm still working on so much skirt, though.

 

Getting Sick of Browns

Browns and yellows on this skirt go on forever.

 

Left to the Bottom

The left side of the skirt has hit near the bottom before the banner, so I am making progress. There's just so much yellow.

 

Will the Skirt Ever End?

Still more skirt going on, but the dark brown at the bottom right is not skirt - it's part of the banner. The end is in sight.

 

Skirt and Flutter

With the flag totally stitched, going back and forth on the skirt and ribbon to get them completed.

Getting so much of the golden skirt done. It just keeps going and going and going....
