Finally Finished

This has been waiting for a little bit of work to complete for a while, so I sat down and did it. Two pieces ready for whatever!

Filling The Diamond

I am getting the inside hardanger area worked on now.  Hate working with the rayon floss.  It feels just wrong.

Hardanger Outline

I am finally getting around to working on the Aer Bellpull.  So far, I've got the bottom part started.  I don't like that it runs into the banding edges.  Very hard to count there.

Crazy January Start #5: Aer

For some reason, I'm supposed to start at the bottom with this.  That's why I've got part of a diamond for hardanger done.

One And A Bit

I've got the first of the two halves done.  Now it's off to the second!  I hope to have this done really soon.

A Second Start

This is Fandangle in Green from Nordic Needle.  It came in one of my stash enhancement packs from Traditional Stitches.  I like the colors and thing it should go fairly quickly, except I have to make two diamonds instead of just one.

Four Squares

I'm done with these four squares.  I'll probably make them into ornaments.  The colors were chosen for a color theory class I've been taking.  At least they worked up somewhat quickly, but doing four of the same thing of anything at the same time is hard for me to do!

Color Studies

I'm currently taking a class from StitchMAP, their color theory class.  This is the class that -everyone- has to take, no matter what you know about color.  As part of that, I've been doing multiples of the same design.  This is something I -hate- to do.  I hate it even more when I have to restart one of them due to flaws in the fabric.  That's the reason for the two whites: one of the threads in the fabric was broken, unweaving a part.  I hadn't had a pair of scissors near the fabric, so it just came that way.  There were a few other random broken threads in the piece of fabric, too.  Yuck.  Anyway, the design itself is from the Stitch! magazine I bought while we were in the States in May, and is called A Precious Gem.
