Student Gifts

The earrings and the necklace are from my students in Mitrovica. They made them themselves. Aren't they pretty?

Bogging Down

Not all that much to do, yet the spinner isn't favoring this at the moment. So it languishes.

Another Teaching Temari

I used this temari as a model to teach my students in Mitrovica how to mark temari and make kikus. They were pretty successful.

Dinner At Gagi

The second course of the CLO dinner was at Gagi. The food was pretty good, but not spectacular. Andreas and I split both plates.

A New Addition

Three weeks ago we rescued a puppy who had just been abandoned by a handful of teenagers. That puppy is now part of our household and is named Grayson. He is growing like a weed and is now about two months old. Mattie is trying to get used to him, but he's still in the biting phase and she likes her tail.

Three Squares

Three squares totally done and one more to complete this row!

Bon Vivant

Last July we had a CLO dinner. It was different courses at three restaurants. This was appetizers at Bon Vivant. I don't know why we don't go there otherwise.

Second Sided

The second side is crossed up now. Beginning to work on the bottom while still stitching back on the top.

One More Tree Complete

Two more sessions and I'll have this corner done.

Gifts From Prison

These were made for me by inmates at Lipjan prison. I visit there fairly often for my job and have established a rapport with both the inmates and the staff.

March Done

March is now done. There's a stitching mistake in the middle that makes the bottom off a bit, but I decided not to frog.

Still A Long Way

Still a long way to go to get to the other side, but making some progress.

March Cozyblue

I have the feeling that a lot of my stitch maynia is going to be cozyblue kits. I so want to start them.

Mozaik Summer

Mozaik is another one of the Pristina restaurants that specializes in local, fresh food. It's wonderful. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos of the main course. We ate it too quickly!

Big Book, One Pattern

This very large book has only one crochet pattern in it. The blanket it makes is equally huge. Now to look at getting started.

Bits Of Sky

There are a few bits of sky coming along on this. The top design scheme is done.

Some Mattie Photos

Mattie just chilling in front of the television.

City Building

We learned how to play this on holiday in Amsterdam. Now we have our own copy.

Try The Possum

Brought this out and put it into the rotation. It should go at a decent pace.

Went To Gresa

A cheese tray is always a good start to a meal, along with french onion soup. The carpaccio was sliced far too thickly, but that's usual for Gresa.  The rest is all good.

Nearly Three

Working on this daily during the last part of February progressed it a lot. Now it's at the mercy of the spinner.

Bringing On The Bells

Most of the middle bell done on the second corner. Maybe this will get more spinner love.

Kitchen Stitchy Box Done

As part of Stitch Maynia, I am definitely doing  the kitchen appliances chart. I see a future for the tart tin, too.

Halloumi Fries!

We ate one night in London at a random upscale burger place. It was good, and I had elderberry soda! The big hit of the night was halloumi fries, though. Why didn't I think of them earlier?
