Starting on the lettering.

Entrance to Utah Beach

Utah Beach has one of the larger displays for D-Day. It even has a museum. The tank traps are original. The landing boat is a replica.

The Path Out

We left the tunnels from a different place than we entered. Still well hidden and forested area, though. Project Reise was rather huge.

The Exodus

A model of the main synagogue in Warsaw before the war and a map showing the exodus before WWII.

Swirls and Swirls

Lots of dense stitching on this cozyblue bit.

Kilometers Long

The Germans actually excavated quite a bit at this particular Reise location. At least four or five kilometers of tunnels and rooms. There were at least four more sites where excavation took place. This was all within the span of a year and a half.

Library at POLin

A beautiful chair and a beautiful set of books.

Lots of Tunneling

More of the insides of Project Reise, along with equipment found inside.
