Rapid Progress

Well, this is coming along so quickly now that I am excited to have it done.  The buildings fly when you work on them daily  Just a couple more to go.

Building Down

Well, this is coming along much faster than it was.  Another building is done and the second stable started.  I feel like the end is in sight.

The Benefit Of Daily Stitching

It feels good to see so much progress on this piece.  I'm getting a lot more done as I work on it just about daily.  The backstitching at the bottom gets one length of thread daily and the cross stitch on the side, two.  I am hoping to have this done now by the end of the year so I can frame it at MolDeco before I leave.  Still three more parts to go - all edging - and a lot of beads to put on, but it's my goal.

New Daily Project

This has become my new daily project.  The idea is to finish it in time to get it framed before we leave.  At the rate this is now progressing, it seems a very achievable goal.

Little Eyelets

There are a bunch of new window decorations in the bottom middle building.  I've also gotten more mullions done on the side.

Light On Light

I have more of the middle bit done.  It's hard to see some of it because it's light against a light fabric.

Middling

Working on the left building still; I've gotten more of the bricks done.  On the bottom outlining, I've finished the portico.

Plugging Away

I have a lot to do on both the middle buildings I'm working on.  One needs more cross stitches, and the other backstitches.  Getting them done, though.

All On The Roof

Managed to get some roof parts done and the full left half of the bottom backstitched.  Time to really work the middle.

Roofing Again

The roof of  the middle building is started; that means I have all the buildings on the upper half stitched.  Now I get to concentrate on one building for a bit.

So Close

I am so very close to having the last building on the top half of the left side done.  Only two more rows!  I've also noticed that I missed some backstitching on the top and right, so I'm going to have to do more at some point soon.

Slowed Down

Still on the last building before the middle town hall.  Almost all the lighter colored stuff done.

Another House Done

One more building done over the stable.  Only one more between it and the middle town hall.

Another Outline

Outlining one more house, the last before the middle hall.  Slowly getting all the way around.

Brown Buildings

There's a -lot- of brown in this piece and I'm in the middle of a brown streak.  I can't complain too much, though, as I'm making progress on the -last side- of this mandala.  I've been stitching on this for as long as I've had this blog.

Above The Stable

The houses above the stable are coming along pretty well, I think.  It feels good to be working on the fourth edge, finally.

Second Buildinged

The second building is done on the left, and the roof of the first stable is all backstitched on the bottom.  I even got the stable doors done, too.  Progress!

Second Building Done

Yay, the second building on the left is done and I got farther on backstitching the stable roof on the bottom.

Working On The Stable

The supports for the stable are about done on the left side now, and I got more done on the second building, too.  In other news, the roof of the bottom left stable is getting backstitched.

Second Building Building

This piece went on hiatus when I went on holiday.  It's just too big to be a good travel project.  I got back and started working on it, though!
