Another Bit Of Leaf

There's another leaf beginning to peek out. And a wine glass stem, too.

 

Almost Glassed

There is just a bit of black in the goblet to go. The bottle's half done and there's one more leaf to go.

 

Filling The Glass

Filling the glass with wine now.

 

More Wine

More wine in the glass and more leaf filled.

 

Beginning To Brown

Little bits of brown appear as the glass begins to fill with wine.

 

Another Leaf Started

The glass is about halfway done, and now there's a leaf started toward the bottom. I've also got a bit of brown instead of the black and white in the glass.

 

Another Leaf Emerges

The leaf emerges on the left as the glass begins to curve inward toward the bottom. Maybe the most dense stitching is over?

 

Half A Glass

The glass is about half full. Yay! The bottle has a lot to go.

 

Glassing Over

Working on the glass more at this time. It's still hard to see all that black.

 

Filling The Glass

The glass is beginning to look less like an outline. Unfortunately, this hasn't been getting spinner love to progress.

 

Some Redoing

 The wine glass was off vertically by one stitch, so some ripping and redoing and now everything will line up.

One Leafed

One leaf completely done and half a one to go. Then back to bottle necking.

 

Two Half Leaves

Two leaves started now, and it's all the way as wide as it needs to be.

 

And Now For A Leaf

No work on the neck this time; I started a leaf!

 

Getting Some Cork On

The bottle's corked. I guess the wine will be poured from a different one.

Casa Cenina Stash

Casa Cenina, a craft site in Italy, had a big sale in August. They carry Luca-S, my favorite Moldovan designer. So I bought a bit. Plus the owl for Andreas.

 

Bottle Necked

The neck of the bottle is done. Time for a leaf or two now.

 

Golden Yellow

Lots of yellow coming through for the bottle's neck. Still looking quite incomplete, though.

 

Moldova In Albania

We found these bottles at a roadside gas station on the way to Vlore. It was so good to see Moldovan wine!

Another Bottle Of Wine

i finished up the bottle of red wine last year. This year, I will work on the white.
