On the Last Round

I have officially started part twelve on the top left. All the way around it goes, and then all that is left is beading and the rest of the special stitches. Might not be done this year, but certainly early next.

 

By the Tree

Still on the side of the tree and working toward the peacock.  I am completing pages three and four for now. More than halfway across three.

 

Nosed

Yup, that's a nose on the chin.

 

All Tidy Now

The border makes this look a bit more finished, but there's still another part to go - little ornaments all the way around. At least I will get more of the special stitches done while doing that.

 

All But the Border

Part 11's cross stitching is done except for the border. Things are coming along on this, but still a ways to go.

 

Almost Halfway Across Page

I am almost halfway across page three to finish it. Almost time to deal with my counting mistake again. Good news is that once I'm done with this page, it'll be much easier to deal with.

 

Now to Draw the Line

All of part 11 done except drawing the rest of the line. Then off to part 12.

 

Closer to Finishing 11

I am almost done with the last corner, and with the stripe, will be done with part 11 of 12 - minus extra specialty stitches and beads. This -will- be done by the end of the year.

 

Someday the Tree Will be Done

The tree is still not done, but more and more of page three is finished. All work done on the lower left corner.

 

A Nose

Yes, there's a face on the bottom jaw of the greathelm. It's a weird piece.

 

Yay, Along the Line

More of the outer border line is done, yay! And the third corner inside it. One more corner to go, and a bit more line, and then the outer border and last part. Lots of beading to do, though.

 

Chinned

There's a chin there. I am getting sooo close, but there's still so much to do.

 

Third Cornered

All the way around the corner on the third one. Last corner to go, and it's already started.

 

Yet More Tree

Still working on the left corner bottom. At least it's getting done bit by bit.

 

Two and a Half Corners Closing

I have two and a half corners of this part done. There's a -lot- of beading and backstitching to do, but I -will- have this done before the end of the year. The border is not too complicated, and I will probably start beading while working on it.

 

Back to the Tree

Still working on the tree side. I'm trying to get the page done, and there are about fifteen rows, more or less, to go. Slowly getting things filled in.

 

Getting to the Chin

Working away on the row again, and the chin is coming into sight.

 

Bits of All Four

Getting close to finishing this part. The four corners all have stitches in them. It's time to accelerate to finish, I think.

 

Working To The Third Corner

This is getting so close to completed. I am down to the right bottom corner and will start putting stitches into that part soon. I think it looks pretty good.

 

Gnarly Hinge

Hinge area of the helmet's complete, and it looks a bit intimidating. On to the bottom jaw.
