Shake Place in Colorado

Andreas' parents took us to a diner known for its burgers and shakes. My burger was huuge and excellent. Andreas had a reuben, which made him happy, and a shake. I skipped the shake, as I knew I wouldn't be able to drink it after the burger.

 

Hotel Charcuterie Tray

Almost every time we travel, we end up making a charcuterie board in our hotel room. It's gotten so much so that Andreas packs a cutting board and knife. This examplar is from our trip to Tirana.

 

Swapped from Ohio

Dominique sent me this beautiful box of treats from Ohio. It had jalapeno treats for Leonora and Rico's for Andreas. Plus random stuff for me. Yay, thank you!

 

Meh Tirana Lunch

We stopped for lunch in a little shopping area inside the main citadel. The food was okay but not great. 

 

Andreas' Favorite Krakow Restaurant

Andreas loves this restaurant. It serves traditional Polish meals, including wild game. Everything is fresh and tasty.

 

Greek Treats

There were a bunch of cracker-y things in this box. Andreas liked them. I am having the llokum. Andreas had the croissant-ish thing as breakfast on the way down to the Radom Air Show. Pretty much a winner box.

 

Meh Italian

We were in a hurry for lunch and made the mistake of eating on the main square. While the food was decent, service was glacial and the price was high.

 

Krakow Hotel Food

We went down to Krakow last November for work and ate lunch at the Sheraton Grand, where we were staying. The food was okay but over priced, as most hotel food. There's definitely better in Krakow.

 

At the Diner

Andreas' parents took us to a well known diner a couple of towns over from Colorado Springs. It was gooood. The portions were huge, though. They are well known for their shakes, so Andreas had one. I had a mushroom cheeseburger and Andreas had a reuben.

 

New Smoker

Tested out the new smoker. Even found real brisket. Only problem was they trimmed too much fat. But it worked.

 

Friday Dinner at Mykonos

 

Had a Friday dinner at a Greek place downtown. It was lovely.
