I feel like I'm really making progress! I started the bottom banner this stitching session. Beginning this area makes me feel like I'm finally getting out of the skirt bog.
Last week's trip to the outdoor market netted me this pretty vintage purse. Not even much damage on the inside, and the outsid'es about perfect.
It doesn't look like I did much this week, but I did add tentacles to the far right jellyfish. Not pictured here, I started working on the bell for the second from the left. I'll show a picture of this next time I work on this.
Bought this bracelet at Plaza Matriz last week. It was made in the 1970's here in Uruguay and kept in mint condition by the artisan. He sold off his collection last year and now the person he sold it to is selling everything at the market. It's a very nice piece of work.
Less than four squares to go. Yay! I'll be so happy when this is done.
I picked this square to work on for Darlene. It's got a puppy in the middle and I hope she likes what I did to it. End picture below.
Minor progress on the actual building this week, but I did get some sky and sidewalk stitched.
