Hit the Restart Button

I had to restart my Berlinwork Sampler because I started at the top originally.  When I decided to redo it, I also decided to put it over one.  Here's my progress over a week.

Spelling

I'm getting pretty close to being done with this.  I think I'll finish it into a pillow ornament and bead the edges when done.

Texas Roadhouse

Hey, I had to get one last order of fried pickles, right?  We went to Texas Roadhouse in Virginia with the Perez-Milams and here are the pictures of what was eaten.  It was a mistake to order chicken fried steak so far north.  Much more batter than meat.  The other food was good, though.

Not Quite to the Top

Working on the flowers before the final top border.  It'll be good to have all the dimensions done soon.

Close to Bubbles

The big blue bubble on the left and green in the middle are both getting close to completion.

Building the Walls

Just filling in the walls on this side.

Tempura Fix

The one thing we had a hard time finding in our food excursions in the States was tempura.  There were a lot of sushi restaurants, but no good tempura.  We finally found some on our last weekend, in Laurel, MD at Osaka Japanese Restaurant.  We did the whole hibachi thing for lunch while we were at it.  Andreas had lobster hibachi, and he loved it.  Mine was chicken and steak.  The food and show were excellent.
