Dinner At Pegas

On 9/11, we ate dinner at Pegas.  It was excellent, as usual.  Andreas had his usual chicken and risotto along with Greek salad, and I had the chicken in mushroom sauce.  That was a bit bland.  The zeama and baked camembert were as spectacular as ever.

Bringing Up A Nosegay

I've well started on the new part.  This is all one motif - a large nosegay, about the size of the ones below it.

A Beautiful Gift

The Rogerses, whom we helped settle here in Chisinau, gave us this beautiful little votive house.  It was made by a local artist, and it's sooo cute!  Thank you Heather, Chris, Kaitlyn, Josh, and Courtney!

It's A Tardis!

Andreas managed to find a tardis ring maker online, and surprised me with one!  Isn't it neat?  People here just think it's really nice bling and don't get the Dr. Who references.

Teaching Renzoku

I taught the first renzoku pattern to Anna the other week.  It has now become her favorite.  It's one of my favorites, too.  I love the way everything interlocks.

Beginning a Breast

The peacock is definitely looking like it's got progress.  On the left, most of the work was on background, so it's hard to see.

Enjoying the Weather

We ate again at Green Hills, with yet another version of iced tea.  The zeama was the best part of the meal.  Andreas liked his stuffed chicken, too.
