Tiny Bits

I took this with to Odessa and got a bit more done.  Tiny bits add up, especially on a small project!

Medieval Jewelry

So, this isn't something that is usually found in jewelry shops.  It's a ferroniere and goes around the forehead.  They have a somewhat checkered past, come from Italy, and are great for cosplay.  We found a booth selling them at the medieval festival in Bayeux and bought this one.  It's gold colored and has a pretty smoky stone in the center.  Now to wear it!

Squaring Up

I got some squares done on the upper right and a bit filled in on the center square.  The lamppost also got its second curlicue.  Looks more even.

Bernie The Bolt

When we went to the medieval festival, we found a cloth seller!  He called himself Bernie the Bolt and had some lovely linen.  I'm going to stitch on it.  Price was right, too - ten euros a meter.

Inside Corner

I've started part three at the inside corner.  It was the only place I -could- start because it's the only area with some kind of overlap with the previous chart.  Why don't designers do a little bit of overlap on each page?  It makes it -so- much easier.

French Fabric

I bought these pretty cotton pieces in Pont Audemer.  Now to get time to do something with them.

Flip Flops

One and a half flip flops done.  The A's about a third done.  Almost to the halfway point.
