Second Aerobat

Different plane, no smoke, same tricks.  I believe this particular plane was flown by the (female) director of the French Air and Space Museum.  The announcer seemed to be surprised that a woman could fly, and fly so well.  Go French chauvanism.

Just A Little

There's only a little bit of progress on the right.  I've been slacking, it's true.  This working just about full time really eats into stitching time.

On To The Last

After finally completing part five with the exception of backstitches, its on to the last bit of part six.  Next areas should be interesting, as they're different.  I can't wait to start them!  But first, some backstitching and some finishing off the corner.

Gardening

The ball is huge, so I'm still not done with this.  I'm actually thinking of doing something different   I am going to try to do a swirly design around the middle.  Now to get to the point where I can....  I have been feeling very time crunched since coming back from France.

Second Buildinged

The second building is done on the left, and the roof of the first stable is all backstitched on the bottom.  I even got the stable doors done, too.  Progress!

First Aerobat

I made a list of every plane we saw, in order, while we were at the air show.  Unfortunately, Andreas can't find it.  So this set of pictures is of the first aerobat.  There were several of these, in different planes.  Mostly, they did exactly the same things, with vertical stalls being the favorite trick by far.

Liesel Begun

I started this year's group correspondence course for me - Liesel.  It's schwalm embroidery and normally done white on white.  Being me, I changed that.  The design is traced and I've started the knotted outlines.
