Feeling Bogged Down

I know I shouldn't feel this way because I -am- making real progress, but it seems I'm getting no where.  I do love the piece and I will keep plugging away.  I've just hit a doldrum.

Brasov Eggs

Three hand painted eggs for 25 lei - about $8.  That's such a good price I bought six assorted!  They're real duck eggs.

Different teams of knights battle for the championship.  You can tell it's Moldova because of the lack of barriers.

Treeing

My roses are done and my tree is taking shape.  Couching this way takes less time than I thought, and the ribbon roses are a cinch.

Jewelry Set

At the Yard Sale, a rather hipster event not far from our house, I found this artist who works with soutache to make jewelry.  This is what I bought.  Every time I wear them, I get compliments!  I think they're lovely.
