Added Amber

 When we went to Poland this time, we decided to get some amber.  It's relatively inexpensive there and beautiful.  We found these sets in the Cloth Market.  The top set is green amber, and the necklace below is an unusual design with three colors of amber.

Going Orange

The butterflies got some orange this time.

Normandy Peace Museum

If you want a comprehensive view of the second world war, Le Memorial in Caen is the place to go.  It even includes parts the west forgets about, like Nanking.  The first hall is all about the build up to World  War II.

Handmade Treasures

 We bought all these at the handmade shop of Hippolit House in Krakow.  I've even worn everything since buying! The leather and glass necklaces glimmer well in the dark days we have now.

Fourth Side

These large waffle stitches work up pretty quickly!  Soon I'll be done with this bit and will be ready for the corners.

 We went into one last bunker and got a cute surprise when we looked out the slit.

I Got Egged

I bought these eggs while on the communism tour n Krakow - Noua Huta.  They were in the only store still set up with the same decorative style as at the beginning of the suburb.  I was asked why all eggs; our guide had not heard of someone who collects them before.  Granted, I didn't collect them until after we moved to Moldova, but still!  I do like these ones.
