Yes, For Cooking

I have always loved automatic pipettes.  They are so cool!  Andreas got me one for Christmas off of ebay.  I can use it for cooking and, if I get the time and my stuff, for marbling!

More Intricate

This is getting more and more intricate as I stitch on it.

Pretty Pretty

I think the dragon's head is getting to be a very pretty color range.

Time To Grind

Hamburger, for the most part, is funky here.  It's got a sticky, gelatinous texture and a funny taste.  Regular, unground beef is fine.  So, what to do?  Get an attachment for the KitchenAid to grind my own.  Going to be something new for me to do.  Oh, and a new whisk, since mine is falling apart.  Of course, more things I cannot use until we get our stuff.

Working On Birds

The top right bird is now totally done as I move on to the rest.  Not sure what to tackle next - the middle birds or the rest of the border.

Bluebonnets For The Table

Andreas' mother made us these beautiful bluebonnet table toppers for Christmas.  We'll be using them once our only table is cleaned off from being our living space.  Still waiting for our desks to get here with the rest of our stuff.  Thank you Betsy!

Unfinished Object To Finished Object

I started this at least seven years ago and abandoned it while in Moldova for some reason.  When I packed out my stitching for the transition from Moldova to Angola, I decided to take this with me to finish.  I did it!  It's done, and I think it came out pretty well.  It was my first finish of 2016.  Now I really wish my stash would get here.  Supposedly it's at the port but we won't get anything for another couple of weeks.
