Patriotic Squares

I bought this at the quilt show at Arlington Convention Center last weekend.  I'm not sure what I am going to do with it, but something.

Double Capped

The second mushroom's capped now and I am officially more than halfway done!

Patriotic Fabric

Yay, some patriotic fabric!  I got one pack of constitution and one of declaration of independence.  When my Queen of Freedom comes, I'll do it on one of these.  Maybe I'll do Lady of the Flag again on the other.

One Tiny Flower

Got one tiny flower done now, too.  I need to stitch more.

Started On Six

I am now working on the sixth part of this mandala. The backstitching is still on the fourth part, but I've made a bit of progress.

Basketweave Earrings

This artist uses traditional basketweave techniques to make jewelry.  Her earrings are made of wire and stone, and she even uses the harder version of basketweave of going clockwise instead of counterclockwise.  I love the look and the creativity and boldness of translating the technique to a complete new medium.

Yay, It's Done!

I feel like I've been slacking so much on stitching despite being alone and not working.  It brings me joy, therefore, to finish something off!
