Pretty Pink

I did a lot of pink this time, on the flower on the left.  I think more than half the petals are done.

Smaller Bundles

This is from two smaller grab bags from Nordic Needle.  These bags are definitely more useful.  I can put projects in them.

Up The Columns

The chapel columns are covered in frescoes resembling tapestries.  Now that they've been cleaned, they're beautiful.  Even the ceilings are decorated.

Subtle Colors

I truly love the way the subtle colors are coming out on this.  It'll make a beautiful ornament once it's stitched, and I am nearly halfway through the stitching!

Yay, Colors!

I mainly worked on the colorful tail this time.  Yay, I am happy to be away from brown for a bit.  Only about fifteen more rows, and I will be halfway done.

Big Grab Bag #1

Nordic Needle is downsizing, going to online only instead of having brick and mortar too.  As part of that downsizing, about two months ago, they offered huge bags of stuff for $100.  I bought three.  This is the contents of one of them.  Evidently it's sending a message that I need to learn to tat.

In The Sanctum

These photos are of Decan monastery's inner area.  For a long time, this area was barred off from all but monks and priests, as in most Orthodox churches.  The Orthodox churches are opening up more now and making things more accessible to worshippers.
