Sunday Roast

We had a Sunday roast at a pub in Greenwich, as we went out there to see the naval museum and Cutty Sark.  The food was very good and fresh, and I got another taste of my new favorite cider - Skal.

Big Centerpiece

I've got a good start on the big centerpiece.  Things are looking half done.

Almost done with the lattice in the body - it just needs outlining.

Got some purl threads to do some goldwork.

Melia White House Restaurant

I thought we should try the restaurant at the Melia White House, where we were staying.  Big mistake.  Overpriced buffet with little selection, imperfectly cooked.  We didn't eat there again.  The waiter at least brought me a drink from the bar, since the restaurant itself had no alcohol service.  Very weird and uninspiring place.

Down The Mountains

Most of the mountains are done!  I am so close to a finish on this.  In the next couple of weeks, this will be DONE.

Bluebirded

Bluebirds from cozyblue all done.  I just received my October stitch today, so time to add it to the rotation.  This worked up very quickly.  It took me only a couple of hours total.
