Balloon?

I've got some diamonds peeking out now.  It almost looks like a hot air balloon.

Flutter By

Butterflies!  I found these at the Schwabing market and bot a lot.  They can be strung on silver chains to make necklaces or worn on a coat or sweater as a brooch.  All handmade, of course, and beautiful.

Flaming Gluhwein!

We had a bit of fancifulness at the Medieval market.  The goblets were ten euros each, but they had flaming gluhwein in them!  We kept the goblets, and they're in our cabinet now.  Isn't it cool, though?  Flaming wine on a cold winter's night?

Thank You Carolina!

Carolina gave me this beautiful temari and bag for Christmas.  I had admired the temari before, and she said when she gave it to me that she was thinking of me when she made it.  I love it!  The colors are so bright and  the design is so mesmerizing.  Thank you Carolina!

A Seagull?

It'll look more like a seagull in a bit.  This is my new project, Beach, for friends with waterfront property.

Received In Exchange

I entered the Dice Tower secret Santa exchange back in October, and received this when we got home from Munich.  We actually played it last night and lost - it's a cooperative game, so everyone wins or loses together.  Maybe having a few more people playing will help!  Anyway, it's fun and actually a pretty good teaching tool, too, for people wanting to teach about epidemiology.  Thank you to my Secret Santa!  Oh, and I sent A Few Acres of Snow, another awesome game, to the guy I was assigned.  He also should have gotten a package of different Moldovan candies by now.
