I Don't Know Why....

I won this pair of pants at the Hospice Angelus ball last month.  I'm still trying to figure out why they put them in a random draw.  They're fitted and a specific size that's really hard to fit (tall and very skinny).  I mean, they're cute and I'm sure the artist put a lot of effort into them, but ... really?  Did they expect people to magically get the right one to fit?  Thhere were a lot of problems like this at the ball this year.

Anyway, they're off to someone I hope will fit into them.

Closing Windows

There's some more window stitching done along with the roof.  Slowly I'm getting things stitched.  This piece is so huge I feel like I'm spinning my wheels.

Bordering Down

Obviously this piece hasn't been blocked, with the swerve at the top.  I've been working on the left border this time.

The Best

I consider Nolan Ryan the best pitcher ever.  We've had this poster, one of my favorites, for a few years.  It's framed now and ready to hang.  We are running out of wall space!

Too Much

For such a small piece this is a lot of work!  I've been doing a lot of over one stitching on this bottom panel.  I still have a lot to go, too.

More Space

This is another Kim Poor print - Nighthawk Nebula.  You can't see it very well in this photo, but the frame itself is a bright metallic pink that's very dimensional.  It looks wonderful with the print.  Thanks again, MolDeco!

Looks Handlike

After only two sessions, the mitt is taking shape quickly.  I hope to have it done before the end of July.
