This Too

I have decided to put this aside until I get to Angola.  While I've made a lot of progress, I'm still feeling like it's going very slowly and I'm not getting any joy from stitching it.  I need joy to counter stress in my life during the move.

Opera House Courtyard

 This pretty little courtyard sits right next to the Odessa opera house.  It's a nice place to sit, people watch, listen to practice, and drink a cup of cappucino.

Begin The Birdies

The green on the left is the top of the bird head.  That means I'll be using more colors soon.

Painted Board

I now have a new painted cheeseboard with bunches of pretty currants all over it.

Buffalo Breakfast

We went to our favorite Odessa breakfast place, Buffalo 99.  I started with cappucino; Andreas had hot chocolate, called a babychino there.  His omelette was good.  My quesadillas - not so much.  Oh well, lunch was soon.
