New Mexico Sunflowers

These sunflowers were blooming merrily at a layby on the way between Santa Fe and Taos.

The top of the roof is done.  Looks kind of like the tops of two palm trees.

New Mexico Landscapes

We drove from Santa Fe to Taos and back one day last month, and I took photos of some of the landscape.  It was surprisingly green for August.  This was very close to the Rio Grande river though.

Not Cutting The Rug

Mattie, our dog, is resting comfortably on one of the rugs we purchased while in India.  They got here in perfect shape!

Elephant Ears

It seems all I am doing on this project lately is stitching ears.  At some point, the ears have to end, right?
