Afghan Finish

This afghan was made for my boss' baby daughter. It took a while for some reason.

Possum Start

The possum is well started now. I'm almost halfway done, yay! I think this will look pretty cute.

Carpaccio And Butter

Not sure why they served butter with the carpaccio; I skipped it. The rest was very good.

This gift has now been delivered, as I finished it into the hoop just before going to Naples.

Four Eyes

Some of the sixth square is started, but the major work is still on the fifth. Just about done with it, too.

Hotel Restaurant - Grissini

While in Cologne, we stayed at the Hyatt Regency. I had a lot of points, so we used them for reduced rates and for access to the executive lounge. One of the very rainy days we decided to eat at one of the hotel restaurants, Grissini. The restaurant was a true disappointment. The meat and cheese tray looked nothing like its photo, and the rest of the food was bland, overcooked, and our dishes tasted the same.  Even with completely different meats, our sauces were the same. That's lame.
